My story with Anxiety.
Anxiety can be a result of a stressful event, or it can be a disorder, for example, GAD and social anxiety. Whatever is the cause of anxiety, you should know the triggers. It would help you to cope with anxiety.
I am fighting with anxiety though it is not severe as in the past, sometimes it triggers badly. I got therapies and counseling, but nothing helped me in my case. However, the therapist motivated me to understand myself.
I noticed myself, and I found many triggers, and these were hidden. I was unable to spot them. When anxiety attacks,99 percent of people don’t recognize what it is how it is happening.
It starts with body symptoms first; in my case, I experienced gastric issues .there were no aches in my body. My head wasn’t heavy. I was trying to get treatment for my gastric issue, but I didn’t get well. Because the main cause of the gastric issue was stress. Physically I was fit. My every test was normal and crystal clear.
But gradually, it started showing other symptoms like chest pain, aches in my arms, and a heavy head .but it was challenging for me to spot my triggers.
I was very uncomfortable. I wished to come out of this trap many times. But I didn’t know-how. My daily routine was getting disturbed.
